OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
The Recruiting Manager takes responsibility for the delivery of recruitment, sales lead information (seeds) and operations of their personal desk and the Recruiters under their leadership. The position requires a hands-on professional who enjoys rolling up his or her sleeves and working independently and with a team to achieve goals, meet quotas, bring forward fresh recruitment strategies to increase client satisfaction and to grow the number of STEM qualified professionals to achieve projected sales. Strong knowledge of recruitment for Contingent, Project, Freelance, Referred and Direct Hire staffing infrastructures is a must.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED:
The Recruiting Manager will lead and monitor direct reports to ensure the employees achieve the goals of their individual role and bring value to the Company's growth. The manager will motivate staff through ongoing positive reinforcement, clear, consistent communication, and demonstrating emotional intelligence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (The percentage of time performing the essential duties may fluctuate under special circumstances.):
- Consistently meet and exceed all minimum standards set forth monthly and year to date.
- Actively participate in an interactive, supportive and developmental team environment by working remotely and/or from a designated Company location as required, in accordance with company Policy. The number of days per week in each environment may vary based on the needs of the company, the division, Huddle, and/or personal performance needs.
- Qualify, acquire, service, maintain and expand STEM RECRUITMENT COMMUNITY
- Create and maintain active recruitment pipelines of job seekers (temp, temp to full-time and full-time, and gig workers)
- Form a solid partnership with the Talent Agent Manager to foster effective and result orientated recruitment strategies to exceed sales and customer expectations
- Negotiate compensation, match, and supervise qualified Stem Professionals to the clients’ specific job requirements in partnership with the Talent Agent Manager.
- Effectively market qualified Stem Professionals to respective employers creating a result as support to the Talent Agent Manager.
- Accountable for your activity and that of the team members that report to you.
- Meet and exceed personal and your direct reports productivity requirements.
- Complete understanding of all aspects of company operations.
- Maintain accurate attendance records.
- People Matter. Review performance and career progression weekly, monthly quarterly and annually (Minimum Standards).
- Responsible for ongoing training and development of team members.
- Develop and maintain recruitment strategies to promote new and existing school and organizational relationships.\
- Maintain a proactive recruiting campaign for qualified Huddle members.
- Demonstrate active listening to all requests, ideas, suggestions and grievances of team members and respond as appropriate.
- Comply with all reporting requirements and company campaigns.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Actively campaign target passive and active candidates – heavy sales.
- Maintain minimum standards and increase recruitment for temporary billing and full-time cash-in.
- Maintain credit and collection standards in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records including timely data entry in OANet of sales, order fulfillment activity.
- Maximize cash-in by utilizing the company’s business philosophy and sales techniques.
- Effectively manage all collections and aging of own accounts referring to manager when necessary.
- Comply with Corporate expense report guidelines.
- Other duties, responsibilities and efforts as assigned.
